Interim Contracts

Life can be fraught for anyone on the sovereign professional path.  Issues around legal status and contracts are a regular headache and interim managers – whose status is too often an unnecessarily grey area in the minds of hirers, commentators and tax collectors – suffer particularly badly.

This should help.  The Institute of Interim Management (IIM) has published a sample contract for use by interim managers and their clients.  The four-page contract is comprehensive but suitably succinct.  Well worth a look for clients and interims alike.
