Ambiguity, Complexity and Uncertainty – A New Role for HR?

Sue Brooks, of Ochre House, has posted a summary of Ochre House HR Directors Annual Symposium.

Coincidentally, it has some similar themes to my “Death of HR” article (both are looking for HR to take a lead in delivering organisational agility) but this article takes a much broader view of the challenges facing HR, not least those of attracting and retaining talent.
